What is the return policy?
We usually accept returns and offer exchanges of unused products (excluding the final sale items) within 24 hours from the receiving time of your item(s).
Can I return individual product?
We do not accept returns of individual products and offer exchanges of unused items (excluding final sale items) within 24 hours of delivery date of your item(s).
Can I exchange my single products?
Yes, you can exchange your individually purchased products for the same item in different sizes or metals. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement item will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice that your original parcel is scanned and is in transit. The sooner you return the original item(s), the faster you’ll receive your exchange!
Does it cost anything to return/exchange?
We offer free exchanges on all items that are not final sale. If you would like to return your item(s), there will be a small INR 150/- shipping fee to return your items back to us.
Can I return my subscription box?
Subscription or prepaid surprise edition boxes are final sales and aren’t eligible for return or exchange. Have more questions? Please email theduendebox@gmail.com for further assistance.
